Reported in all the news outlets, the Feds are dropping interest rates a quater of a point.  This is excellent news for  home buyers giving them additional room for qualifying to purchase.

What an exciting time of year.  After a long hot summer, we are now experiencing pleasant weather and the trees are just now being kissed by the sun.  In the weeks before us, the trees will be in full Fall colors, the aroma will fill the air and the weather will turn brisk.
